As Managing Director of TUCO Organisation ltd, I am pleased to welcome you to our 2012 Conference Website.

These are unprecedented times in the Higher Education Sector. 2012 promises to be a challenging year with the Olympic and Paralympic Games in the UK as well as the significant changes to Higher Education funding.

Due to summer 2012 promising to be such a busy time for the hospitality sector, we have decided to combine the TUCO Competitions and TUCO Conference, for 2012 they will take place together in Blackpool from 26-28 March 2012.

The conference organising committee are working hard to develop an academic program for the conference which will be aimed at delivering the skills needed to support the inevitable increased expectations of students; and the resulting demands that will be placed on the hospitality sector within Higher & Further Education.

A comprehensive supplier exhibition will allow access to the latest food and innovations from across the industry, and as always there will be ample opportunity to network with other colleagues from across the sector, many of whom face the same challenges as you do.
